24 pz./ serves 2 - Tortelli are a traditional type of pasta ripiena (filled egg pasta) of Emilia-Romagna. They are filled with local ricotta cheese and pumpkin and served with butter, sage, and Parmigiano. We made Tortelli in different shapes and filling according to the seasonal availabilty.
